Summary: Charity program to An Lac & Phan Sinh Shelters in Dong Nai on 24 Dec 2022

Nhat Tam Group would like to summarize charity activities at 3 locations in Dong Nai on 24 December 2022 as follows:

1. Charity primary class for 263 poor children who do not have money to go to school, their parents are industrial workers but have been unemployed in recent years. The class is organized by Sister Thanh Nga and teaches children from grade 1 to grade 5 for free. After that, depending on the family circumstances, she will encourage the children to continue their secondary and high school education in public schools. The children are adorable and very well-behaved. When asked, the children said they wanted rice and instant noodles because their family doesn't have enough food.

2. The Franciscan Shelter takes care of nearly 300 children with cerebral palsy, mental illness or other illness without a cure, as well as those who have no money for treatment. Master Chau alone took care of them for nearly 30 years of unspeakable hardship.

3. An Lac Shelter, led by Bhikhun Trung, raised 33 orphans. He has to cover all kind of expenses including food and education. The children are very well-behaved and all can go to school, including 7 student who are studying at universities and vocational colleges. The burden has been on the Bhikhun's shoulders for many years.
